Dimond suing Jordan Rapp

This is sad. Hopefully it gets straightened out. Sure sounds like Rapp is in the right and trying to do the right thing. He's started a page to help fund his defense.

I haven't seen any responses from Dimond.

Just read the response. It does seem like a mess.

Jordan claims in his post a couple times to have alerted them to the defects. Hopefully if he emailed them then he kept those emails!
