All supplements outside of creatine, thermogenic stimulants and drugs (dmaa, clen, dnp, etc.), steroids, hgh, and peptides are damn useless. Don't bother wasting your money on any of them.

Most of the women are likely doing anavar or some other mild steroid. Natural bodybuilders and fitness models are essentially non-existent.
