All supplements outside of creatine, thermogenic stimulants and drugs (dmaa, clen, dnp, etc.), steroids, hgh, and peptides are damn useless. Don't bother wasting your money on any of them.

Most of the above is illegal of course. Though you can buy some legally through legit local places and foreign pharmacies and such.

If it seems too good to be true when it comes to fitness and working out, it probably is. The supplement industry makes billions on people not knowing any better.

If you want to get into shape, fix your damn diet before anything else. Then lift weights. If you want to do more, then do research and never go into anything blind.

Regardless any time you see some bodybuilder or fitness model advertising something, assume it's bull****. These are people who are on all sorts of gear and are not remotely natural. Most of the women are likely doing anavar or some other mild steroid. Natural bodybuilders and fitness models are essentially non-existent.

Bradley. Just came across this thread. Please call me at 972-900-9581. I have a question about IDLife. All is well, I promise.

I just ran across this thread on the net and had to create an account just to comment. $77 and you told the assessment you were healthy?! That's crap! I've been a customer of the ID Nutrition for months now. I'm a personal trainer (PT's are physical therapists) and I recommend people at least take the ID Assessment to see what your diet is deficient in. I'm a 25 yr old, healthy, athletic male and my supplements come out to $25 a month. Quit trying to muddy the water and act like you told the truth on the assessment and got $77. Thats a joke!
