the best with squats are the people that adjust a bench that they sit on before parallel to stop them from going down too far…

They say it works it harder because its like getting up from a chair...

Squats are always a good exercise to watch people fail on. Although I will admit that it is a little bit more difficult to get the form down (as opposed to some other exercises).

Some of the squats I see in the gym are just insane.

squats are the devil, they rob blood from your biceps, so you need to superset squats with dumbbell curls and restore order in your body…

I have somewhat long arms. If I only drop my elbow so that my bicep/tricep are parallel to the floor, I still have a foot between my chest and the bar. I would also only be getting about 6 inches of motion.

I don't know how anyone could perform an exercise like that and not feel like an idiot. I also don't understand why idiots like to stand in the only freaking squat rack and do curls with a freaking olympic barbell and a 10 on each side.

Touch your damn chest and go back up. If it hurts your shoulder, use less weight until it doesn't hurt. Doing a half ass exercise gives you half ass results and makes you look like a fool.
