My son is a weightlifter and has big thighs and butt with a relatively small waist. Where can he find jeans that will fit?

Thanks!

I wear relaxed fit wranglers.

I have to buy to my thigh size, not my waist...so I can empathize.

Try Lucky 7 jeans. They're sort of expensive but they fit me pretty well around the legs.

Not sure about Lucky 7, but I know there are Lucky Jeans and then there are Sevens. I have a pair of Luckys that I like...haven't dropped the coin on Sevens. They have stores in the malls up in Dallas, but depending on where you are, you could just try the department stores.

My son attends UNT so he could definitely shop in Dallas.

I have the same build... I've always liked Polo Classic jeans from Dillards ($80) and also LEVI 559s are nice (macy's has em for $40).

I wanted a jean that was relaxed in the legs and thighs, but straight legged and not super b**** at the calves and ankle.

I just wear bigger pants and a belt.

That, sir, makes too much sense.

Actually, what I suspect is happening is that your son has gone off to college and has gotten a little chubby. Seeing how we humans don't like to admit this, he is using the excuse that he lifts weights and his thighs have gotten massive when in fact, he has just gotten fatter (not fat - fatter). If this is the case, tell him to lose some weight or buy bigger jeans. If he is gifted and his thighs have blown up to massive porportions, get him bigger jeans and a belt (as rep said) or get bigger jeans and take them to a tailor.

I would have to second the tailor.

I'd try "Angies list" or something. Find out where the chics are taking their pricey clothes for alteration and bang, custom fit jeans.

I wear levi's 559s, and go up a waist size to allow room.

Same problem, and I'll 2nd the Lucky's.

I got mine at nordstrom rack (basically the nordstrom outlet) and they were cheap. 25 or 30 bucks. Might be able to find nordstrom rack in Dallas. Austin has one.

There's a Nordstrom Rack in the new shops at Park Lane on the east side of 75, across from Northpark Mall.

Cinch & 20X usually are better fits for that body type if he's not opposed to "western" style jeans.

I wear Cinch white labels or Levis 550s...the 559s are a good choice too.

I second Cinch Jeans...I think I got mine at the Cavender's on Hwy 6

other than the Levis I haven't even heard of the other **** suggested on this thread.

Are "designer" jeans really that big of a fashion statement?

Try Sean Jean or another "urban" brand
