Do the wings/sauce have any carbs? Because they are not breaded I wouldn't think so, but I couldn't find anything online.

Any tomato based/pepper based sauce will have a little, but it may be insignificant.
So not sure on total counts.

35g of carbs with each carb counting for 4 calories per gram is 140 calories.
myfitnesspal is always wrong. Look at the "chili-cheese fries" underneath the wings. 0 carbs. For french fries? That's why I am asking. There is nothing on the net that is accurate.
Most wing sauce does not have carbs as it's a hot sauce and butter. Not sure about wings and more specifically.
The hot sauce will have some carbs, but not many.
Wings n More uses Franks Red Hof, at least they did when I worked there.
Franks website says 0 carbs per 12 oz. So they shouldnt have any aside from what the chicken wing/legs do. Or what the fryer adds.

Had some wings from CostCo last night, very good and very light on the wing-sauce. I recommend.
Dude, you are eating fried wings. Fried. In grease. With added salt. Carbs are the least of your worries.

Their wings have carbs since they use a pre-dust before frying. It's why they're so much crunchier than other wing places
