2026 F150 Platnium 701a. 3.5L boost, star white metallic

2wd and no roof….both what I wanted. I like a sunroof (current has one) but know it'll be a headache at some point and want to avoid.

Yes when I get snowed in down in Houston I will likely regret the 2wd.

It's pretty damn hard to find any trucks in 2wd at any of the trims Lariat or higher.

It's a work truck. I'll put 30k-35k miles on it for the next 4-5 years and then pass it down to an employee most likely. I don't have a need for 4wd other than to tell people I have a 4wd

I rarely needed four-wheel-drive but when it comes time to resell/trade in a truck, the first question every buyer asks; "is it four-wheel-drive". Not having it kills the resale value

If I'm going to sit in it 5 days a week for most of the day, might as well make it comfortable

Got the dealer badge and plate bracket off today, bed liner and wheel liners done and then removed the dealer badge. "Final" step century club sticker

Do any of y'all's back windows leak? I had a sliding window panel in my 2019 and Inhad a problem with it leaking. I didn't realize it so who knows how long it was going on. Inside of that truck smelled moldy towards the end.

My current 2022 XLT does not have the sliding rear window and I am a big fan of not having one.

My 18 and 22 never had a problem.

22 sunroof leaked. Apparently drain tube wasn't fully attached in the fender and came undone and just leaked into the passenger floor board

Its fairly common that the adhesive securing the beer window track fails. It was a $65 fix at a glass shop for me.

I honestly think leaks there are EXTREMELY rare. Have never had one in either on my F-150's and don't know anyone who has experienced this...even though majority of F-150's on the road probably have em.

That would suck though, for sure. And I would probably avoid as well if it happened to me, I just think it's very uncommon.

That being said, I wish other manufacturers would copy Toyota and let you rol down the entire back window. I had a Tundra rental in SoCal years ago and it's a pretty cool option when the weather is nice..
