Well back in Texas again, and after first looking at a 350z just before we had kids and being practical and getting a family car instead, finally able to get a 2-seater after all. Somehow managed to avoid buying yet another blue car and went with white this time.

Was able to get the tint done today:



Now just need to get a car wash kit all back together so I can keep it looking good. Luckily white stays clean looking and the black roof is pretty small and easy to touch up.

Thanks everybody. Was looking to get the new green color for the 2027, but even trying to place an order back in early July the plant had not picked it up from the dealer yet as of late August. So figured that would be a next year option. Luckily several manual options were available with the tan interior.

So far enjoying having a manual again, even in north Houston traffic. Luckily I go in early. Figure by next time I buy a car it may not even be an option. Then again had thought that when I bought my 2016 Camaro and here we are 10 years later with some good manual options. Turns out I'll be able to teach my kids to drive a stick shift after all…not that they will ever get to borrow the car. But at least they will know how.
