Used to be my home town, tried unsuccessfully to shop there for a Sienna when they were hard to come by. They had all the same BS every other crappy DFW dealer had as far as mark-ups and stupid salesman tricks. I did not try very hard to buy there because they never could even tell me when they would have one available to test drive. Anything popular automatically had an ADM supplement sticker on it.
If you are looking to get a great deal on a purchase, keep looking for an honest dealer. The people I knew who bought from them were not the type to question pricing and were easy marks for car salesmen and so they would rate the dealer highly because they had little concept about the magnitude of the screw job they had just received. I don't point that out to people after the fact because there is no point in making someone feel bad over something like that.
Did use them for service with OK results except they never could tighten an oil filter enough to keep it from leaking so I always re-tightened them at home. Heard their service did try to pull the typical up-sale BS on unsuspecting customers, but I always gave my wife explicit instructions on what was to be done, and to decline everything, so it never bit us.
