Holee Crap Batman. Moved a 996 TT from Texas to Louisiana. Insurance cost tripled. Same coverage. $450ish to transfer title. Wow. All because a Boxster needs a timing job.

Ironically Louisiana is further from the border, you'd think that would make it less likely to get stolen.

You know how crime went up everywhere after the Katrina refugees arrived. Louisiana is still full of people who didn't evacuate. Hence the high insurance costs.

Didn't realize how well that ride held it's value. My 986 runs about $105 a month 100/300... registration $200 (still).
You need to post a pic of that bad-ass ride.
