My son who is a current Sophomore class of 28 is having what seems to be some transmission issues with his 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500.

Any recommendations on a mechanic in the BCS area other than the dealership?

Oliver Brothers or Aggieland Automotive.

I have not used Oliver Brothers, but they have a very good rep, and have been in business for a very long time.

Aggieland is who I use when not under warranty, since moving here for college in 1998.

Oliver brothers rebuilt the transmission in our 15 Yukon last year. Shifts better than when it was new. Good people
