The natura plus in the top trim rams is a semi aniline leather, which means it is coated with a plastic clearcoat on top. Most modern cars unless exotics, have leather that is top coated with a plastic clearcoat to help it last longer and look better over time, and prevent customer complaints, since most people will never condition their leather.
Cleaning it with a damp cloth and mild cleaner/APC diluted properly will make it last for years to come. Using a conditioner will only make that top coat slippery.
That being said, I like 303 aerospace protectant on my interior dash and door panels and plastic trim. Leaves a rich finish that's not too shiny and greasy.
I agree with almost all of this. I've heard of 303 but not familiar with it. I don't recommend any petroleum based product on any part of your interior.
Car care is far simpler than most people realize/like to admit. Keep it clean, especially inside, and it will look good and last. Paint sealant, or ceramic if you wish, is also recommended but paint care and leather care are 2 different things for the reasons 1Ags lays out here.
Remember: a car exposed to Texas sun 12+ hours a day for many years is going to get toasted, regardless of what you do. Likewise, one that is garaged and kept clean will look good for decades.
