Thanks for sharing that link.

Apart from the 777 hp engine, I love the regular shifter - as opposed to the round rotating knob on the dash.

Hopefully they did that so it would be easier to throw a six speed in there later. I know, big dreams. If they'd throw a six speed behind the 6.4L and sell it for a reasonable price, I'd sign on the dotted line.

6.4L Challenger was one of the funnest vehicles I've ever owned. I bought it for $38K brand new in 2020, but somehow it will wind up costing $50K more in a pickup configuration.

I have the forged blue. Granite was my second choice.

Finally got a chance to watch that video.

Oh man... that was all red meat.

I loved the jab about building a truck that only has 1 battery (I just replaced the start/stop battery on my Wrangler 3 weeks ago).

And GnR for the soundtrack.

I don't need a truck but... I'd definitely take a look at that SRT TRX.

It looks like they just took every option known to man and said - go for it. I'll be interested to see the MSRP.

After a long day of work, driving a few hours across the metroplex and then back, brought this home today. Will post more photos later.

Big thank you to the people recommending Mark Dodge. I just happened to be in the market for a 1500 Big Horn with the 5.7.

Mark Dodge gave me $15k off MSRP and delivered the truck to Houston for free. They were very easy to work with and did not try to jack around with pricing....or anything really.

Strongly recommend!

I drove a RAM Rebel, last week, as a rental. It has the hurricane engine.

The ride was the smoothest I've had in a truck. It really stood out.

Off the line, it wasn't extremely quick (compared to my Chevy 5.3)...but if I was already driving down the road and hit the gas pedal, it had impressive acceleration.

The gas mileage was impressive.

Overall, I really enjoyed driving it, and will take a look when I shop for a new truck in the future...but I'd like to compare the Hemi vs the inline 6 hurricane.

Just broke the 1k mile barrier today. Truck has been amazing (as it should, it's brand new). Love the sound of the hemi. I've been pretty impressed with the get up and go, as it has slightly less HP and quite a bit less torque than my 3.5 ecoboost.

If this ends up being a great truck, once it's time to get another new one, I won't reach out to anyone except for Mark Dodge. That's how all dealerships should work.
