Anyone have experience with one?
Wife likes them, reviews seem good and price is right for us.
Road noise? Comfort?
Thanks!

I have heard nothing but good things about the Mazda CX- models. Mazda, by all accounts, are killing it right now. Driving experience should be better than contemporaries.

We bought one last November. She's got about 7000 miles on it now, and she loves it. I think the longest trip we've been on is about 3 hours one way. It was comfortable to me. I think the interior and seats are very nice. It's pretty quiet inside. The features and sound system are really nice. I feel like it has plenty of room inside. I would have gotten the turbo if the dealership had one the day we were shopping, but the non turbo one has plenty of power. It doesn't feel underpowered to me and zips in and out of traffic easily. Price is definitely right.

I did get into a customer's CX5 yesterday and realized right away that the CX50 is a much nicer car.

I have a car w/ the 2.5L skyactive engine. It's at 140K miles w/ no issues. I can't vouch for the turbo verison though.

This guy does the best car reviews from a mechanical and reliability standpoint:

Owned its granddaddy the CX-5 for 4 years, car was flawless and a lot of the same guts. Currently daily a Mazda6 (same engine). Huge fan of the skyactiv engines and Mazda products.

I have one with the turbo engine and it's been the best car I've ever owned. Zero issues through 3 years, I do like the extra pep of the turbo for passing/merging into traffic. It's not going to throw you back in your seat but it does what it needs to do. Interior is great, I can tell you if you push the seats all the way up you can fit a 40 gallon water heater in the back haha. But yeah, Mazda has really nailed it with the CX line.
