I am probably going to sell my Speed due to health/aging. There are a lot of good folks here I know who can give me sound advice on a fair price.

I bought it at an insurance auction for hail damage in 2019 with a clean title. The previous/original owner took the car to the dealership for all routine maintenance. The only warranty work I saw was for bushings.

It had 84K miles on it and I have added 15K over 5 years. If you know, you know…it is a blast to drive. No modifications, no tuning, no tracking, just an old man smiling while taking it through the hill country.

I had the roof PDR'd and replaced the hood with an OEM lid.
New silver metallic paint all around with dark gray accents for the smile and rear.
Installed a Sony receiver with CarPlay (no wireless).
Michelin Pilot Sports installed 2018, 3/16 tread remaining.
Garaged, rotated with the NARP on a lift.
Bose sound system is classic rock solid. No hearing aids required.
Standard tint (not ceramic) is in good shape except a blur top right of front pax window.

No clue if it was an option but a 6 speed fast wagon would rock.

Clean title, unmodified condition, needs new tires.... probably price it at $9k and be willing to take $7,000-8,000

Flaith is correct. I'd do that.

Someone will pick it up and turn it into an autocross or track ride. It would be a hoot, particularly for someone who would want to mod it. Great platform.

If I didn't need a left knee, I'd buy it. My Matrix XRS with 180hp/6 speed was lots of fun. I'd imagine another 100 ponies on the same size car would be awesome.

Location? And photos? I loved my MS3.

I had a 2008 in perfect condition with all the mods. I had about 400 crank horse power with e85. A f250 sent it to the junk yard.

Man that thing was fun.

wow, i genuinely forgot about these cars, you don't hardly see them anymore. but man they were badass. i test drove one once before i bought my 3 back in 2010...the boost kicking in was quite fun

Assuming the interior looks as good as this pic and the PDR and paint work you mention stands up to visual inspection, you'll sell that thing within the hour once you post it.

That's an "IYKYK" car and someone is looking for one, particularly in the Austin/San Antonio area where you appear to probably be.

Had a speed 6 as well for a short time. Was a really fun car.
