I have a 2016 F150 well out of warranty. I have not had dealer service in years. Out of the blue a "service manger" texted to inform me I have an outstanding emission recall and they (dealer) is offering a mobile tech to come do the work at no cost.
Seems really suspicious. Is this abnormal behavior? Are they incentivized to do this?
