The drop off line at our kids school has a bunch of them. we have seriously considered it for my wife too. Great for hauling all your kids, their friends and all their sports gear.

Nice ride! Wife has a 22 model in the very original white color. It's been to Florida twice, Colorado once and about 6 million school and sporting events for our three kids. We love it. Performed great on an iced over and nearly shut down I-70 last ski trip.

We got 7K off. Originally we went to look at a used Escalade and we got there an hour after they opened to find another couple finishing a test drive and buying it. (Ironically we had planned on getting there at 9:00 but it was foggy as hell that day so we waited an extra hour). We looked at a couple of other ones but decided to pass and had the sales rep run us next door to GMC. The wife actually liked the Denali better anyway so here we are.

Were you being facetious or do you actually have useful expertise / connections? I've about had it with my 2024, and am looking for some input.

Apparently the 6.2s have a bearing issue and are failing.

Document everything. Every trip to to dealer, save all paperwork. If you've had a reoccurring issue go ahead and open a complaint with GM customer service/support.

I've done this. GM Customer service made an offer to give me 40k points to go away. I told them to kick rocks and started a BBB case. That just closed and BBB mediators decision was no re-purchase. The mediator was a joke. She came to the hearing completely unprepared and had no situational awareness on the details of my claim. We had to wait for 10-15 mins just for her to read notes from the BBB portal before we could get started.

In the BBBs letter, it said I still have the option to pursue legal action but they are done with it. I'm considering hiring a lawyer. Just this week one of my headlights is now needing to be replaced. Sent this photo to the service guy and he said I still have to come in for them to inspect. They can't just order the part. Lead time on part is 10-14 days. So now I have to go back for the 10th or 11th time in the last 12 months.

As did I. I am in the middle of a settlement agreement with GM Customer Care.

The headlight thing sucks but you can't expect them to order you a part without inspecting it.

I sent them the photo. It wasn't because they couldn't inspect. It was because they have to submit certain part requests without using some app to process the part request, which had to be done in person. They told me there's like 4 things that have to be done through the app. And mins you, this was my 11th or 12th trip to the dealership in 12 months. I don't want to keep going over there. Nor do I have the time.
