That's a body shop panel and replace the bumper. $2500 minimum. You need to file a claim on their insurance.

Just went through this for a guy who wasn't paying attention when he cut in behind me at a stoplight. $2800 at the dealership on his insurance for this. He had Geico, and my dealership body shop is a Geico vendor.

OP, get their insurance to take care of it. If they want to pay cash, at least 3k. They fixed my fender, not sure if yours wouldn't need to be replaced.

Former Adjuster here...

File for diminished value as well since they are at fault. Lexus dealership/shop manager should be able to put something together about how much the car has depreciated due to the damages. Looking at $2k+...repair to the quarter panel, bumper cover might be able to be repaired, but paint work makes everything so expensive. Could always be more damage behind the bumper as well

It looks like the valet backed into a concrete pole/column how the scrape marks are so linear. As others have said, just get their insurance info and deal directly with them, if they refuse, file through your own carrier and they will subrogate against their carrier when it is all said and done. It wont effect your rates since you were not a fault.

Thats classic curb rash, car wouldnt cause damage to a rim like that and isnt "fresh" either, but as a former adjuster, I wouldnt have argued against it if the owner claimed it was part of the claim, pick your battles.
