My wife's 2015 Yukon is nearing the end. Looks like there are decent year end sales right now on 2024s. Does anyone have an opinion on jumping on those for '24 or paying up (or waiting for a deal) on the '25. We are looking at both the SLTs and Denalis.

I believe mechanically, they'll be pretty similar, biggest difference will be the Duramax, and the suspension tuning.

The biggest changes look to be tech wise, with the bigger screens, gear stalk vs. the gear buttons/pulls.

If the tech is worth it to you, get the '25, if you don't care for the tech, then '24 too good a deal to pass up.

Slight refresh of exterior that looks nice. The interior changes are the biggest and most of that is the dual screen.

I opted for a 2024 vs a 2025. These things only get more expensive with a refresh and new tech.

same position as original poster and want to wait for Duramax but no one knows when available..Hearing from 2 dealers it could be May/June availability.

If you haven't already noticed in your search, there are no more SLEs or SLTs with the '25s. Elevation is the base and then AT4 or Denali are the higher trims.

Tahoe Duramax order window will open in April so that is probably likely for the Yukon
