Automotive related because I am going to receive a settlement from GM regarding the loss of use of my 2023 Silverado 3500 when the transmission went out at 60k miles.

Looking for an attorney who can help me determine if the settlement agreement excludes me from any future class action lawsuits that may be handed down in the future.

With the caveat that I am not your lawyer and obviously am not advising you on the specifics of an unstated settlement agreement... Most settlement agreements have waiver of all claims, past/present/future. That's usually not negotiable.

Agree 100% here. That's pretty much understood when the phrase "settlement "is used.
