Need to upgrade my wife's ride and have been looking at a Tahoe with the RST package. Anyone know what a good deal would be price wise? I hate going to dealerships and all the games of negotiating so would appreciate some insight.

They don't deal much on tahoes these days. You might see them about 5k off sticker right now.

You'll see those right around $70k. Was just in the market for one and went a different direction.

What did you end up going with? I have really just started my research and have always liked the Tahoe when renting various SUVs while traveling. Budget is $60-70k but would happily spend less.

we decided to wait since 2025 will be a newer design. We may change our minds if prices start dropping.

Mind-boggling that a mid-level trim is $70k. You don't even get ventilated seats on those

But you get them fancy 22" wheels

Ya it's weird. I wanted a Z71 Tahoe but couldn't get ventilated seats as an option in any package or stand alone. Yet, on a Colorado Z71 I could for a vehicle almost half the price.

They seem overvalued relative to the trucks, which are also too expensive.

I bought a new 2001 in Dec. 2000 and it was just fine until totaled out a decade later

Saw the 25s at the state fair, the interior is a big upgrade

My wife is retiring at the end of the year so we are planning on selling my Ram and getting her a Tahoe. The 2025s will let you order a diesel for the Z71 for the first time so that was my plan. It will be curious to see if the vented seats will be on the 2025 Z71. That would be a deal breaker for my wife

2025 model year gets an interior refresh. I'd wait for one of those.

as does my wife. Kids are getting older and she wants to move to a 3 row something in the next year or two. Prices in todays market are stupid and it sucks knowing when we do upgrade it's going to cost a fortune.

After experiencing ventilated seats, I don't know if I could go back to black leather without them. **** gets hot.

Also, don't immediately pass up the new Traverse and Acadia. They're nice and roomy plus cheaper than the full size. We've had an Acadia for a few weeks and like it so far. We'll see how it holds up.

Same boat. 2021 4runner too cramped. Got a 2024 suburban z71. Keeping 4runner for now. Prices suck in 2024, and I do not want to find out what 2025+ will look like.

I put off getting a large suv for way too long .
