The closest one to me is a Keating Auto Group dealership so screw them.
Coincidentally, I'm looking at a 2019 Ram Big Horn with about 23k miles on it for my two high school boys to drive. It has the V8 engine. Is that a year and model you would generally recommend?DallasAggie89 said:
I have a 2019 Ram and am on the Ram forums from time to time.
Mark Dodge has quite the stellar reputation on the forum (they are active on it), it's unbelievable the number of posters that have purchased from them.
I wouldn't be surprised if they have sold a truck to customers from the entire lower 48.
Everyone raves of how simple the process is and how great the delivery process was. Seems most travel there to take delivery but some pay for transport and still come out thousands ahead of doing a local deal.
I know when I'm ready for a new truck they will be my first contact.
I assume you're talking about broken bolts. Do you mind me asking how much that cost? I have the same problem.DallasAggie89 said:
Only out of pocket repair that I've made is the exhaust manifolds which is a common issue on the Hemi's.

I was on a trip overseas and asked my wife to take my truck to the dealership for an oil change and look at the manifolds due to it getting noisy.
I returned to a repaired truck and a $1800 credit card charge.
