Swapped out the rotors about 2 years ago and the new rotors (NON OEM) are warped again.

I did save the Toyota OEM rotors. Is it worth it to get them turned and put em back on the car?

TIA

Unless it is an expensive integral hub, I've always just replaced.

Hardly anyone will turn rotors anymore. Aftermarket rotors are thinner, and places to get it done are few and far between. Plus new rotors are like 20 bucks on Rockauto.

It's barely any more money to just buy new ones today.

Oreilly will turn them for 20-30 each. I just had them done on my 77. Theee are hub/rotor combos so it was worth it.
However, they will mic them first to make sure they can be turned. On my newer vehicles, I generally just buy new ones because it's a pain in the ass to haul four rotors down and then go get them when I can have RockAuto drop four new ones off at my gate. Lol.

I used to buy a new set and then have my old set turned so I could swap them out at the next brake replacement but I lost track of that and 80 bucks for a rotor minus the hassle was worth it.

I agree with the above posts about just using new rotors. In order to reduce weight, newer rotors are thinner than ones on older models. They warp easier, and often they cannot be turned because there's just not enough thickness left. When you factor in the cost and effort to have them turned, it just doesn't make sense any more. Recycle/scrap the old ones.

Most shops don't turn rotors on newer vehicles. They just replace the rotors.

2013 Lexus ES350 for the reference.

Not a newer car.

The new rotors were definitely thinner and lighter than the original.

I've never had good luck with turned rotors.

I would just buy some new ones on Rock Auto. Back years ago you could take rotors to Oreilly or Napa and they would turn them and get them back to factory spec. But, like the posters have said above, nobody seems to know how to do it these days. I took a set to Oreilly and they botched them up really good (had grooves in the surface).

Mansel's does them for 10 a rotor.
