I think I've identified the noise is occurring under the steering wheel above the accelerator and brake pedals.

I originally thought it was under my seat, but this video makes it sound louder under the wheel.

I can get more video if helpful. Thank you!

Another video. I would love to fix this without going to the dealership. I can't get a view of exactly what's squeaky but it happens randomly when I'm using gas/brake (like a high pitched tick) and then the rattle squeak happens on the road with minimal bumps

Closing the loop here. Dealership fixed it. They said an O2 sensor connector was rubbing against the firewall.
