F-250: hit brake, cold air turns warm, airbag light comes on..WTF?

2017 F-250

When driving everything is fine, but once I apply the brake and get down to ~15 mph the air turns warm and the airbag light turns on. As soon as I stop pressing the brake the cold air comes back and the airbag light turns off.

Anyone have any experience with this and know the cause is and how to fix it?
