After all the rain last week I got in my truck this morning and all windows were soaking wet with condensation inside and my rear carpet was wet all the way up towards the middle of the truck.

I'm 3k miles and 1 month past factory warranty but got the extended warranty when I bought the truck so we'll see what the dealer has to say once they look at it today. I realize it is usually the light, but sometimes the antenna shark fin or even the vents behind the rear seat. I have a moonroof so it could possibly be from that. I did not see visible window seal cracks like the older 5th gens but my headliner also looked dry, so I have no idea where it's getting in.

I hear Chevys have the same problem lately since they share a lot of the same window parts.

my 2020 Silverado had a similar issue...though the chevy leak was just a drop or two that would leak down the window. They took the panel off, and re-sealed it. It was a pretty easy/quick fix, and I never had another issue.

My 2022 has never had the same problem.

Doesnt really help with the RAM, but here is the chevy SB: https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2020/MC-10171889-9999.pdf

Was your window frame cracked? Apparently that's an issue:

Not that I could see. And my headliner wasn't wet either so I don't think it's the moonroof.

The floorboard in my vehicle was soaked for a while and I eventually found it to be a clogged drain tube in the sunroof. No water on the roof, doors or anywhere else. Just on the floorboard. Was literally just a little stick that was in front of the tube

So they called me back and found that the seal for the rear window failed and they have to replace the entire back window. Unclear if they are re-using the same glass as the glass company will need to assess and make a judgment call. Apparently covered under warranty due to a TSB on the issue.

I'm having trouble with my key fob remote lock/unlock functionality on my 2020 RAM 1500 and based on my preliminary research it looks like this is due to failure of the RF hub that may be related to leak from back sliding glass/back glass.

Yay

Dealer can't find replacement glass anywhere and told me it's going to be minimum of 3-4 weeks...
