I want to shampoo the Lx570 carpet to get 13 years of previous owners ranch and daily use out of the tan floor and mats. PO was a 75 yo lady but she did make lots of trips to their ranch.

Do yall rent shampoo machines or pay a detail shop?

I've found if one is really dirty, the best thing to do is pull the carpet and pressure wash it in the driveway. For something like I imagine you have, we just use a bissell big green machine. They are not that expensive, and I have got my money's worth out of it. Just keep cleaning until it's pulling cleaner water. A drill with a brush attachment between passes helps out.

That's what I was thinking but the rentals don't have a hose attachment and I don't wanna buy one with no carpet in our house.

I put WeatherTechs in today so that's probably good but I'd like to clean the carpet too, which isn't bad.

I would first try vacuuming with vibration. I'm not sure what the pro retailers use but I think I've seen them use sanders without the disc to make all the dirt jump out if the carpet.

But yes, pull & powerwash would get it
