Have weathertech in all of our cars. Of course, they are getting the faded "dirt" look even after you clean them.

Anyone know how to restore them, or should I just get some husky? I've watched a ton of online videos, and am skeptical of most.

Hit it with some 303?

I'm assuming that is some type of cleaner or protectant that I am not familiar with.

303 makes it too slick.

I usually wash the mat with car wash soap and air dry in the sun. And then use this and wipe it off with a towel and they look great for a few weeks.

You don't want to use any petroleum based products. Some of those will create a film that you'll never get off and will be forever slick. I'm still trying to get that crap off my wife's Rav4 that the dealer put on there 6 years ago. I should have just replaced them.

Just keep them clean with a good all-purpose cleaner like Simple Green Crystal. You can get the one gallon concentrate at Lowes, Walmart, or Grainger and dilute it. I've switched pretty much all my cleaning stuff over to SG except to use off what I had left. If you don't want to get a gallon bottle, Spray 9 will probably work as well.

Trying to keep things overly bright or shiny is, in my view, asking for trouble unless its your paint. Plastics and leather just need to be kept clean and they look fine.

Scrub harder or power wash, then wear with pride

If you do opt to replace, I'd strongly recommend Husky. Any I've had always clean up easily and have never looked worn even after a decade or more. Current set are over 6.5 years old and only look as dirty as I let them get. Wiping them down renews them immediately. I got the Xact versions that fit my vehicle perfectly with added edge lips for further protection.

That's what my plan was if I go this route.
