Don't like slotted mags? Another commie pinko ***
I had slotted mags on my '63 Impala with a 327 under the hood in high school. They looked great.
They will look like somebody trying too hard on a Chevy Luv.

I think my daughter plays ball with the former owner. She's asked many times for a truck like that

A local mechanic had a green one that he stuffed a hot 327 in. No idea how he made it fit. He could smoke the tires for a block.
Yes, I enjoyed visiting with him.Average Joe said:
It looks like you ran into my dad today. He sent me a pic of him and the truck to rub in the fact that I'm still kicking myself for not making an offer on it previously.

I say give it a deep tint job, what does the auto board say?

Personally, I'd keep it simple.

I actually agree, just trying to get some debate going.
Since Baitshack has put the steelies on and redone the Chevy label, I assume he's going for a period correct look.
If that's the case, and he tints it, then make sure the tint gets REAL bubbly like every 70's and 80's tint job. That would be period correct, but hideous.
If keeping those rims he bought it with, then lowering, deep tinting, and a few thousand bucks in stereo work would be the way to go. With some fuzzy dice.

The tint will also need to turn purple and make sure the seams are good and visible….as for the radio make sure you wedge a Kraco cassette player in that small dash opening!
