I have a little of 50k on my new Silverado and have started experiencing vibration at random times. Highway speeds and city street speeds. It's not violent but it's definitely noticeable and pretty annoying now.

Anyone had similar issues or have a suggested fix?

Are you still running the original tires?

If it is a shudder, get the transmission fluid changed at dealership. There is a bulletin on it.

Take it to the dealership and have them road force balance it. These body style GM trucks will go crazy with a tire even a 1/4 ounce off. I watch the kids at discount tire take tires off the balance machine with it saying .25 all the time. When they do it to my truck I go tell the desk to make them redo it.

The oem (firestones?) tires on our 2017 all went out of round in the second half of their life. Probably started around 20k miles and just progressively got worse. It's not a balance issue. All four of our oem tires went egg shaped way before the tread was gone.

Get the Michelin LTX's and never think about it again.
