I ordered mine in May 2021 and still NOTHING!
i ordered mine last january and got in April. The dealer doesn't have a date. You should be getting emails from Ford directly about it. I heard some dealers find ways to get you out of it and then sell for premium. Make sure the order is in and you have visibility into the build.
I also asked which parts add to the lead time. So for some, it could really drag out. I didn't get hardly any options besides the upgraded screen. Bad lands addition.

Dealer wont be able to get you any info, that will come from Ford. Your dealer will probably send emails as they come from Ford too to make it look like theyre on top of it.

The Bronco order bank is not open and Ford has not announced when the 2023 order bank will open. You may have your name on an allocation your dealership received & can change the color, trim, & options but that is a stock unit and will not be price protected like a retail (ordered) unit is.BoDog said:

My commits were to the OP just bc the order bank was closed when he said the dealership ordered his Bronco. You on the other hand I feel have a legit order from your previous post and the info you have provided. I just watched a TFL video in which they said Ford had curtailed Ranger production in favor of Broncos, but it seems they cant build any Broncos either. Its time for Ford to get their **** together. You can only cry about covid supply disruptions for so long before it just looks like plain incompetence.
Reproag, any word on when Ford might open the order banks back up again for the Broncos?
Not a car I'm following, but I noticed a lot of them are popping up on BAT now as folks try to flip them. I have no idea how much they bring in compared to MSRP. There are 6 on there now, including 3 raptors.

It sounds like they may be open on the sly. Several guys on B6G have said that their salesmen have been able to get orders entered. One said his just randomly tries weekly and that it actually worked earlier this week.

From Ford or from the Ford dealership? If you got a build sheet from the dealership that does not mean that your order was placed. In fact you have to sign that build sheet and send it back with your DL for a dealership to place the order. Just trying to help so you don't think you have an order when you really don't.

Yes but Its not an order, they are stock units awarded to the dealership. They can be customized like and order but they are not price protected like an order. It's a work around if the dealership has an allocation.

My recommendation is either:
1) stick by your order but forget it exists until you get the beautiful "You have a VIN!" email, or
2) determine how much over MSRP you're willing to live with to skip the line, +
3) what % of a dealer/lot unit you'd be happy with that's not exactly what you spec'd, then
4) cruise local listings looking for one with 0 or low mileage on it and meeting the conformances of (2) and (3).
Lock in (2) and (3) before you go shopping for (4).
Until then:

Covid is really only a portion of the contributing factor here. When Trump placed tariffs on China he had the right idea-to bring manufacturing back to the U.S.. The only problem is he needed longer than 4 years to implement his plan and didn't get re-elected. Now, the tariffs are still in place but there has been no development of manufacturing in the U.S.. Another fun fact-100% of the tariff costs placed on China are paid by the consumer. So they don't care as long as they know we need them.

Really strange what's going on with Bronco right now. Seems to be a ton of frustrated reservation holders waiting on arrival, in addition to folks wanting to place new orders, but at the same time, the used market for Bronco has slowed way down. Nothing is really moving even considering the apparent demand. I'm assuming because of interest rates, but who knows.
I had mine in 16 weeks last year. Hard tops and two doors are longer leads if I remember correctly. I don't get the issues with people. I had my email with vin in 6 weeks
ARRRRGGGGGGHHHHHH! Two door hard top! I hope I see mine one day. Coming up in two years since I ordered.

But I just got priority code 02 so I may see it in 2023

With that said the chances of getting this in 2023 is slim to none?
How do you know if your priority code changes?
My dealer seems optimistic that the rollover order will be built in 2023, but they really have no idea. I'm not holding out much hope considering the limitations on the order.
If Jeep sends their typical Q1 coupon this year, I may go with another Wrangler.

if you want a slightly modded Blue Metallic Bronco. I know a guy trying to sell one in New Mexico. he's flipped several of them in the last two years. won't be cheap but you won't have to wait....
