Have any of you had any experience with Gullo Ford in Conroe? Were they honest or did they try typical shady dealer tricks?

I bought from Planet Ford even though Gullo is much closer to my home. I did this because my experience with them as of late has not been positive at all. They tried to low ball me on the truck I had by pulling up comparisons that were not at all comparable. They even listed my own truck as a comparable with a very low price, which I did not realize until I got home what they had done. At any rate, that's my experience and maybe it's anomalous.

I bought one from them in 2017 and it was a cakewalk. Maybe the easiest transaction I've ever had.

But. Times are different now. No clue how things work now when you have to order from Fors to get a new whip.

In 2017. They had 200 F150 trucks on the lot. They were ready to deal. And they didn't have a bunch of dealer add ons.

I bought from Gullo Toyota in 2019 and will not do business with them ever again.

No experience with Gullo, but I'll second RightWing, I'll say I had a good experience with Planet Ford (Humble location for me) in late 2020 for my F250. Times are different now, but that was the early stages of the inventory crunch.

I had a great experience with Gullo Ford in 2020. I have a contact there if interested, but I should note this was a little over 2 years ago in the middle of everything being shut down.

I bought from them in 2019 and had a good experience. No issues but times are different now. They gave me a good trade in value and were willing to deal.

Eta: my 22 I just bought I bought through TommieVaughn. I'd buy through there or reproag.

Bought a used vehicle from Gullo last year.

They completely lied about work they allegedly had done. When I called them out on it, they offered to buy it back for 8k less than i paid that week. I had it towed back to the dealership to keep from putting any miles on it or potentially doing damage.

Manager was a complete piece of trash. Their mechanic assigned to that vehicle was a liar, in addition to being totally incompetent. I will NEVER set foot on that property again.
