I purchased sxs last April from an individual in LA. He had a loan on it thru Honda. BOS clearly stated the title would be sent upon loan payoff. He purchased it from a dealer in AR. Honda said a title was never applied for thru the dealer, LA will not issue a title to him without proof the AR dealer actually paid sales tax. I have probably been too understanding as we are going on close to a year. I need to sell this rig now and can't due to not having a title. AR will not issue a title to me without the seller signing over a LA title. Lawyer time? The seller is trying but my patience is gone on this. Assuming the answer aside from me being a dumbass going this long will be time for an attorney which type? Thanks
