June 2021? If so, yes, there are more than 50k 2door builds ahead of yours

Poster above said they reserved theirs on 6/26/21. Actually, says they reserved it in June, but didn't order until October. My ORDER was in June. Nothing makes sense about this process. I wonder if Ford is going to botch the Lightning rollout as badly as the Bronco?

It's all about your frame of reference. Compared to a 7 series BMW it sounds like you're in a tornado, compared to an F150 it is loud, compared to a Jeep soft top it is quieter. If you've never owned a convertible or soft top it will be loud.

Yeah, without getting deep into the math, Ford attempted a hybrid reservation system combined with an allocation system after some of the bigger dealerships started squealing. Bottom line is some dealerships are getting allocated 20 per month, others are lucky to get 2. I ordered from a dealership in Sherman and they get about 16 per month, but they had over 400 reservations. So, you need to find out from the dealership what their allocation rate is, and where you are at in line for them.

With a June order, it would have been a 2021 model. Do you have a build date? I'm thinking you should have been prompted to reorder as a 2022 model on 10/13/21. Maybe your dealership did that for you???

If you put your reservation number where the xs are at the end of this link, what does the page look like?

Reserved on 7/15/20

Got word yesterday that my 4 dr badlands squatch with the luxe package has been built and has a delivery date estimate of 1/28.

Anyone need a 2018 Tundra with like 45k on the clock?

Don't get too excited about the estimated delivery dates.

My first ETA was 11/6, then 1/9, and two days ago moved to 1/30. I would surprised if I have it in February, much less at the end of this month. Ford puts the date there to get you excited, then kicks you in the groin. They are like a sadistic version of Lucy to Charlie Brown.

As the new date approaches, you get excited again, then BAM!

Well that blows. But 100% in line with every other road block so far in Ford's Bronco **** show.

Hard top or soft? I got a build date that held true, they gave me a delivery timeframe of Dec 12-18, and it showed up at the dealership on Dec.16th.

Changed to soft so I could actually get the damn thing. Hoping to order a hard top sometime later.

Yep, this is accurate. All 2021 orders that did not have an assigned build date as of Oct 13 were supposed to have been converted to 2022 models, but it was a manual process by the dealership. It wasn't automatically done by the WBDO system. The dealership was supposed to have gone in and re-entered all the orders/builds to 2022. There were a lot of balls dropped during this process.

Then you should be good to go, average delivery timeframe from the ones we have tracked in Texas is 17 days from the date that you got your Built email.

My old one from HS and college. I sold it a year or so after I got my '00 Lightning, but regret it to this day. I miss it more than my L.

My buddy in CS just bought this one last week. I'm so damn jealous.

Anyone have an idea on lead times if I reserve today? Sewell in Midland is saying 1.5 - 2 years? Is that accurate?
Just to clarify 2022 Broncos are allocations now, not a reservation.

There is not really a way to predict wait time. It all depends on what you order and what commodities Ford has to build. I have 2021s still not scheduled to be built and I had a 2022 delivered in 5 weeks (yes that is correct) bc he left off the build delays and the stars aligned

There are 4 known build delays
-WildTrack and Badlands model
-Tow hitch
-Hard Top

The 2.7 doesn't seem to be a delay anymore.
Add paint protection to the list of delays and technically the models aren't delays, just small allocation to build those two.

Subjective. My view is it's not as bad as the jeep I owned.

Been a long day. When I enter my order number at that site, it shows checks by Order Sent to Dealer and Order Accepted by Dealer. The next is Scheduled for Production and nothing is checked.

Grapevine Ford's policy is to not do a damn thing until you show up and loiter around waiting for their Bronco contact to roll in.

Sounds like it's time to call your salesman and make sure he converted your '21 to a '22. If he didn't, I'd suggest moving your reservation to some other dealership (*cough*Appel*cough*), placing your order, and getting back in line.

Are you guys seeing any random Broncos for sale at any lots? If so, what kind of mark up are you seeing? I see that Covert has a 2021 wild track for $99k lol, but wondered if that was normal.

Hey man, congrats on the Bronco and I am NOT trying to rain on the parade, but did you get your deal in writing from Grapevine Ford? I know from personal experience that they are the worst of the worst when it comes to screwing customers. I'd hate for you to get there and find a $20k "market adjustment" on top of what you were thinking.
555-PINF

I searched B6G and it seems that Grapevine is mostly MSRP on orders, with some saying they got hit with an extra $1K at delivery for tint and LoJack.

Yeah. There are more MSRP dealerships than ones charging an ADM. I'm buying through reproag and they're straight MSRP with no markup.

I paid $1000 under invoice, but most dealerships are charging ADM. Ford has been trying to stop it, at the end of the day Levine said to get the deal in writing and if you can't to move your reservation.
