Thanks for sharing this here, sifting through all this on google isn't the easiest thing to do. We'll be in the market for one at some point.

So the crazy distracting "laptop" sitting in your console is still a thing.

Pretty soon they'll take out the wind shield and you'll be driving looking at a big screen TV via camera that subtly works in third party advertising into the scenery you are looking at.

22" wheels on a truck is not a benefit in my view, but I get that people think it makes it look more "race truck".

Surprised they ditched the aux radiator on the tow package.

Thanks for posting. Will be in the market for one sooner rather than later. The "CoPilot360" packages seem unnecessarily complicated. Front parking sensors should really be included in the most basic form of that package.

Lariat and up, minus Platinum = +$7500

Amazing to me they won't offer a proper V8 in a vehicle this size/price.

Which is somewhat ironic since people sat on the sidelines, when it had the 5.4, waiting on the ecoboost.

Which is fine because Toyo/Nissan/GM twins/Dodge will keep offering one.

People who want to pay thousands extra for a little turbocharger in lieu of the additive manufacturing complexity/cost of an actual V-8 are welcome to do so at their Ford dealerships, in the name of nominal fuel ratings.

Dumb as hell. My truck has the 360 camera but no front parking sensors. My wife only has a rear camera but 360 parking sensors. I'd trade the front camera out for the parking sensors in a heartbeat, much more functional.

I'm sure there's a legitimate reason for this, but "Post-Collision Braking" is just a comical feature.

Any idea if the Timberline will only come in the green color or be offered in other colors?

  • Auto Start/Stop Delete available

Shouldn't the performance package have like a 600 hp V8?
I mean, the Grand Cherokee has a 707 hp V8 and it's only half the weight (exaggerating) of an Expy.

At least they finally addressed what a PITA the Auto Start/Stop thing is.

Soccer moms dont want/need the performance, they want MPGs. 80+% of these are driven by housewives

According to fuelly, the 2019/20 expeds get ~15.75mpg (figured it would be higher with v6)? Seems that if they were really focused on mpg, they would get a minivan for half the price right?

The Auto Start Stop isn't going away, it's a delete option bc of the chip shortage.

As far as the V8 is concerned, I have requested several meeting with Farley to discus this and other issues the AB has. Ba$tard is ghosting me.

I drive different Expeditions regularly, to La Grange and back and around town. Even rented one to go Hot Spring AK one year. I get 22 mpg on the hwy and 20 in the city. And I don't baby them, in fact I'm usually running late to get a kid to practice so it's 85mph. And no it's not hand calculated but neither is the estimated MPG

I was just going by this. I drive a tundra and what is reported on that site lines up with my real life mpg. I had a 2015 F150 2wd with the 3.5 before my tundra and I got ~16.5ish (computer said 18).

Understand, just telling y'all what I get. I am driving 2018s or newer. My wife's old 2013 only got 15 mpg fyi.

When I drive something from the lot I tend to drive it so I can tell customers what their kind of mpg they will get. Really the only thing I was disappointed in was the 7.3L gas in the super duty. Don't know why but I expected 17-18 mpg and 14-15 mpg

Not really, but there's no reason not to have it on tap when you want to use it. For the insane amount of money these things are going for, it would nice to have a better power:weight ratio. They're getting the torque numbers where they need to be, but after having a 700hp truck and reverting back to a 420hp truck, I really don't see myself ever buying another large vehicle that doesn't have at least 500hp crank. Again, that's based on the fact that these are $60K+ vehicles.

When I test drove a 7.3L it was averaging 11mpg including some highway driving and no WOT pulls (since it was brand new). I really wanted one, but that kind of scared me away.

14 or 15 mpg. I can't remember exactly but it was close to the 13 Expedition we had.

Drove from Brenham to La Grange, around La Grange then to my house and back to the dealership the next day.

Called the customer with the white tremor F250 I posted a while back on the AB to see what he was getting. He said about 12 around town and 15 on trips into Houston.

There are very few V8s with more HP and torque than my V6.
