Anyone have any experience/recommendations Tyler/East Texas? I've heard it's more complicated/expensive because of curved windshields. I've got a 21' ski/wake boat and the dash gets so hot in the summer phones will lock due to high temps, etc.
I'm hoping to get some darker tint on it to lessen the Texas sun.

Basically all windshields are curved, at least a little. Sounds like the boat tint guy is trying to pull a fast one.

He's right. I have a G23 and want to do the same. Because of the extreme curve in the corners it's not an easy task to do. I'm looking for someone in the Temple Belton area that can pull it off.

It's also a good idea to do in case the windshield gets taken out while trailering. Keeps the glass together

I got quoted $450 for my boat to get done. Just the front windshield. Challenger 180.

After a few calls it sounds like $450 range is about right. How do you like your Challenger? I lusted for years over the jet boats and finally bit the bullet on the Scarab 215 (they bought SeaDoo's boat line a few years back) and I'm blown away.

Anything marine related is twice the price.
You will get used to it.

I like it. Gets around pretty quick. I had some issues come up with sensors and a bad battery this summer so didn't get out as much as I wanted. Hoping this year is different.
