My wife has a vehicle less than 8 months old and has been in the shop approximately 20 times for reoccurring electrical issues. Seems to me this meets the Lemon Law standard. Can anyone recommend a lawyer in the BCS area that handles Lemon Law issues?

Wow.
I have no recs, but I did do arbitration once with Chrysler, which is just before doing the lemon process. I did not need a lawyer. You just follow the steps. I did get resolution with that.
I thought the lemon process was such that you really don't need a lawyer?
