#3 says added visibility for times when you aren't blinding others OR ("or") weather conditions (such as fog). Do you turn your brights off if there is oncoming traffic or no?

The correct answer is 3 and I expect everyone to adjust their fog lights to be in compliance and live your life as I say you should.

2. When I got the truck I pulled into a place where I could see my reflection, turned the lights on, toggled the fog lights one and off to see which looked cooler, decided it looked cooler to have them on, flipped the lights to Auto, haven't changed since.
