Diversification is the key. The retail and real estate has been my mainstay for 28 years. The hotel and restaurant are 8 and 6 years old respectively. The detailing thing started because the few people to do show quality work are pretty booked.and the high end market has exploded in Austin.
I guess it will also piss some off that I am an initial investor in COTA.

Because I've gone waaaay to deep with this, I did some flying around Google Maps satellite view looking for metal buildings near the Barton Creek area of Austin. Came across a building which seemed promising and street view had a couple of car trailers in front. The outside seemed to align with the photos from the first post. (I'm an architect, so buildings are my thing.)

Maybe I missed it on the Auto board, but Bregxit on the Outdoor board noticed the red curb painting to the far right across the street on both (top) views. Also in the last pic from the higher angle. Would be a very odd coincidence if it were indeed a different building and location.
I believe him. I would not doubt that he is wealthy enough to gift me one of his lesser cars. If so, I will take a pic of me and this thread with the car and post for all to see.
