I think I found the shop. I searched "commercial listings dripping springs tx" and looked at commercial listings until I saw a similar building, then checked Google Maps streetview.

According to the CAD listing, the building is owned by Medical Capital Recovery, Inc. and has an Austin PO Box as an address. MCR seems to have purchased the building in July of 2018. According to Linkedin, the President (though not necessarily the owner) of MCR is a lady named Sylvia Rosenbaum who describes MCR as:

So.... definitely not the same building. The walls are taller in the shot looking down. The framework is different.
I don't think the exterior shot is the same building either. In the street view, there are trees closer to the building. Also, if you look chive the trailer, there is a building farther back. None of that is in the posted photo.

I've been scrutinizing the two prefab exterior photos (MFBarnes vs CAD found by poster). I believe they are the same building, just with different perspective. The Google maps photo appears older (see shrubbery and missing driveway under garage door). I also think Google maps photo was taken from further back and up higher which is why you see more background details and street appears closer to building.
But I'm not 100%.
