My mom has an 08 RAV4 that wouldn't start this afternoon. While trying to diagnose the battery (it's fine) the alarm kept going off for my dad. He said it would go off when attempting to start the car, touching the fuse box, or touching the hood latch. Fob would not silence it unless hit multiple times.

Anyone dealt with this? Thinking new fob battery to start. What to look at then? Fuse, relay, hood/door latches?
