You might have luck calling the location and speaking with someone when making your reservation. I did recently trying to get a better rate with a different car rental company. I gave the guy my membership ID and a discount code I get from another company and asked for his rate. It was a little more than my last rental to this location so I asked if he could do any better. After trying a few codes he eventually just used his code and I wound up with a much lower rate. He offered several cars at significantly reduced rates that were quite tempting but I was looking for something else. I'm sure using a personal discount doesn't happen all the time but it never hurts to call up and ask if there are any special rates, discounts or if they can do better than their advertised online prices.
