Anyone have experience using them? How was it in your opinion?

Years ago i did a deal with them for a work lease.

Made the agreement, they located "the vehicle". Picked up the trade and delivered the new one late at night with paperwork. Next morning, walked out to vehicle and it was not what we ordered. Called them first thing to say there was some mistake. They refused to take the truck. Wouldnt replace it with what we ordered. Textbook bait and switch.
We fought it for about a month. Their only consolation was that they fired the sales rep.

We got stuck with a crappy 6 cylinder truck for 2 years. Will never do business with them again. Of course, hope to never finance or lease ever again for that matter.

Talked to them briefly. Extremely unimpressed. Their great deal was 300 more per month than I got from Sewell. Honestly not sure how they stay in business.

I've always considered that type of service to be for the consumer that is looking to get the car they want as easy as possible and doesn't care about paying more to do it.

People with crap credit and corporate customers.

I think they spend 100% of their marketing budget on The Ticket radio spots.

What about AutoFlex? Are they more reputable than D&M?
