Full power at anything less than 200 would probably just blow all four tires off if it's awd. It would be almost impossible to keep on any track that isn't very straight, very long, with incredible surface grip that is also flawless.
The only way they could get power down at speeds less than that is with a huge amount of downforce. The structure and tires would have to be super strong to handle that much downforce. I was watching a drag racing thing on youtube the other day. I forget what class of car it was, but the spoiler was capable of producing 18K #s of downforce near the end of the track.
