I'm almost positive el captn was someone from the Houston Pilots Association ha. They have a private hunt club of the same name.

Or it could have been any one of the hundreds of boat and ship Captains that work our many waterways. What a dumb rejection.

Spotted by a friend on 75 in Dallas. Not sure if DCC refers to Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader or Dallas Country Club. If it's the latter they should be immediately expelled from the club.
