Hey macarenas, on this day the 34th anniversary of my birth, its time to unwind for a bit before heading out

What do you want your next vehicle to be?

Really havent thought about it, but ill probably just keep rollin in a big truck. I would like to step up into a big Ford Superduty or something. I bet i can find a smokin deal on some big jacked up oilfield trash brotrucks out in Midland right now! Trucknuts & smokestacks on the cheap!

How many JCI chili cheese dogs can you eat in one sitting?

If i werre just slammin weiners (wait, what....) id probably down 6 coneys all the way.

I prefer to keeps it real and just stick with a Houstonian Combo, all the way, with chili-cheese fries & a Delaware punch ... ever since the 'change in menu format' and rebranding, JCI sucks big ol donkey dong, unfortunately. but still a Tine institution

Which car do you want to shove off a cliff?

In your opinion, what is the absolute worst modification that can be done to a vehicle?

3 favorite car related activities?

1.) Hooning of any sort, particulalrly with no consequence and testing the limits of ANY rental car. The Kansas and Midland, TX markets have been extensively tested, with the Camaro SS still being the most skidtastic.

2.)Tinkering and wrench turning with anyone who is looking for help, or a lazy hobag that will sit there and just watch while drinking beer. Its usually the latter.

3.) Hitting local carshows and trackdays. Cant beat the sounds, smells & general fellowship of gearheads of any end of the spectrum. Plus i love seeing 493 LX mopars show up and wave with lambo doors and halo lights.

Preferred city for getting crunk?

Wigger, please.

Origin of user name?

Nothing fancy, most of yall that know me can see. Mostly just a nickname, but initial & part of last name, 17 was my hockey number back in the days of high school, and coincidentally the same age i registered the same moniker on AOL Instant Messenger (sets away message with an awesome song lyric)

Current hometown?

Occupation?

Sales & Marketing for a Seismic Oil & Gas exploration company ... we like playing with gigantic vibrators

Without considering cost, if you could give your kids any vehicle when they turn 16, what would you start them in?

The carhead and cool dad in me wants to put them in something cool, but easy. Like a 64-65 mustang to work on side by side with, then let em drive with an easy automatic. Of course, 10 years from now that probably wont be realistic, especially with the girl coming up first. Im sure itll be something reasonable and not fun, or i could go the way if Litig8r and do it right.

My 3 year old boy was watching 'American Hotrod' with me over the weekend and was entranced by the yellow 65 ford fastback mustang. We saw a maroon one on a flatbed passing by the next day and he about lost his sh*t ... good to see if setting in early... perhaps he will be my project car buddy, although id love if my daughter did.

Honestly, probably a safe and practical sedan for the girl, and look to get the boy into a used pickup truck.

Hopefully by then, ill be driving something fun on the weekends and can teach the kids how to drive stick out in an empty parking lot somewhere, i believe every kid should learn a manual from an early age.

All i have time to pound out for the afternoon, ill get to the rest tomorrow hopefully.

Its a celebration! BANG BANG!

Any good Hennessey anecdotes you want to share?

Oldies from back in the day

First TT Viper

Current vehicle stable?

2015 lolRam Crewcab Sport w/ 5.7L Hemi - Suck my balls, i like it - we'll see how long it goes until yall have a jetch in memoriam post form being charred in a fireball or a wheel falling off. The cooling seats make for a happy beanbag on a hot Tine day.

My old lady has a 2015 Charcoal Gray 4Runner SR5 that seems to be just right for her. Still not a huge fan on the look, but it drives well and its what she wanted.

If you could will FoMoCo to recreate any former vehicle for the modern day with minimal revisions, what would it be?

I have a huge boner for the old school huge land yachts. I know no maker in their right mind would put the big ol boats of the 60's out on the road nowadays, but id love to see a modernized but simple version the Autoboard favorite, Galaxie 5-oh-oh's, or non Fords like old Lincoln Continentals with suicides or the big tailed caddys

i realize there are concepts out there:

Why do full size trucks make the worst off road vehicles?

Too many creature comforts, wonky handling and idiot owners mostly.

And Guitarsoup's recent addition:
Your crazy uncle dies and the terms of the will are that all vehicles you currently own are given to charity, but you are given $300,000 to buy vehicles (new or used) with all gas and insurance paid for by his estate forever. You must have at least one sedan, one truck/SUV and one coupe/convertible. You can have any number of cars in addition to those three. What do you buy and why?

Gotta think about that one....

There are alot of ways to go about this i suppose, im gonna go with my immediate wants and what would be some great fun and remain semi-functional.

Sedan: If im going to drive a sedan, my philosophy is i want something comfortable, that i can haul the family in but still have some balls and able to have fun. CTS-V's have and always will fit the bill for this. Say crazy uncle kicks over today, ill go with the most recent and hope it holds up over the years (sticker $84k)

truck/SUV: No allegiance or sunshine pumping towards my friends and former employer, but if given funny money, id probably go have John build me one of the Velociraptor SUVs. Big & beefy to take out to the lease or offroad, Tuned and fast with room to throw sh*t in the back. Again, just rolling with the what-if scenario, plus im pretty sure i could talk him down to only overcharging me for a total of about $100k and cover any repairs down the road should i come across any issues.

coupe: Ill just go straight to the white whale. a 1997 Viper GTS Coupe blue with white stripes. Yeah the interior sucks, but I have been Viper obsessed ever since its debut, and the blue/white coupe just does it for me. it turns heads to this day and is a blast to drive. Seeing as how Gen 2 coupes are pretty damn affordable on the used market these days, if i were a single guy out living it up id probably go pick one up. The ones of this particular model im seeing are about ($50-55k)

So with those out of the way we'll call it $240k blown with dead uncles money with absolutely no practicality taken into account. Remaining 60k would likely go towards one other fun toy. In my eye, it would likely go into a reasonable restored classic, a hot nasty badass chopped rat-rod for weekend cruising and general fckery, or as much as id like an H1 Hummer i realize that may be on the low end as they still remain high for a 4 door or Wagon.

$44,995

Youd have to get into some old 90's models and high mileage to find an H1 in the 60's, but id just dog the piss out of it anyway. Plus i was the only guy at our high school prom that rented an H1 instead of a limo. Guess which turned more heads.

Soooooooooooooo ....

Do my eyes decieve me looking at previous lists that there has been no Guitarsoup or Aero95......hmmmmmm
