I don't know if anyone in Houston ever needs autoparts in the middle of the night, but the AutoZone on Hillcroft is open 24 hours. I'm not sure if that is news or not, but I was surprised when I asked about their hours and they said they never close.

The one I am talking about is on the east side of Hillcroft about a mile north of Bellaire.

not a chance in hell i'd ever go to that side of town after dark.

Corvettes come with optional bullet-proof glass so it isn't an issue for me.

Autozone on Long point is also 24 hours.

The Oreillys next door is open till Midnight.

We should all meet up at the Paleteria place on the corner there. Everything there is spectacular.

The AutoZone on Hillcroft is fairly busy at odd hours. At 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning you can see quite a bit of on the spot repair work occuring right there in the parking lot (never mind the signs saying that isn't allowed).

Any of you Houston guys shop at XL? I went to their open house last year. I was really impressed.

Have a wholesale account at XL. Their prices are not as good as First Call, and if you don't call ahead, your order takes 30 minutes to pull.
