B-Batt99, Awesome Odometer Reading. Is that a Ford Expedition by chance? Because I have the same shift indicator malfunction on my 1999 Expedition.
They are easy to adjust. There is a threaded black knob with a white sleeve running thru it, give it a few spins and it will be good as new.
I didn't have a decimal point in mine.

Remove the screws that surround the column, remove upper and lower covers and its by the ignition lock.
A couple of weeks ago I crossed 2006 miles. I was going to take a pic of it on my way home from work and post it on here, but forgot when I left work that day...
I had my car pass 166666 miles and the trip was 166.6 miles. Thought that was kind of cool, didn't take a pic though.
