Wife just got me a 1967 mustang as a surprize gift - Where the H*** is the interior Hood release?????

I don't believe there is one. There's a lever below the grille and right above the bumper if I recall correctly.
There is no interior hood release, at least if it's anything like my friend's '65. The latch is behind the front grill.
I refuse to answer your question until you post some pics.
No airbags either.
From what I have seen most old cars have their hood releases set in the grill.

look for the lever un the pony up front
And while we are at it, the gas cap is behind the the round emblem centered between your tail lights
Don't forget my favorite feature... the toggle for the high beams is on the floorboard to the left of the brake (or clutch) pedal.
