SIAP I am looking for recommendations for a wood floor guy (sand and stain wood floors) and wood work trim guy (replace, cut, sand, stain trim) . It can be one provider or two, but looking for someone that yall have had a good experience with, preferably with a good value for the work done (not necessarily cheapest). TIA.

Gilberto Wood Floors based out of Temple. He is very good. I think he's mentioned doing work in Waco. Had to replace floors due to a big leak and he added accents here and there and blended the floors very well with existing floors.
