Thinking of getting it for my parents who live in the country. Anyone have any experience (good or bad) with Starlink?

Yes. Often we get between 150-320 mbps download speeds. Fastest and most reliable service we have had living in the country. Very easy to install too. Just need a clear view.

I have seen an issue with obstruction when googling for info. Does clear view literally mean no structures or trees in the way?

It did, but the new dishes are much better. Also, more satellites are up. There was a thread on the Outdoor Board about this recently. A lot of good info.

Same. We're in BFE in Leon County. Much better than HughesNet or DSL.

Used an Aggie's Starlink out at Big Bend last December and it was plenty fast.
Obviously no obstructions out in the middle of the National Park.
